Designed and built an end-to-end digital permit management platform for a city government agency, replacing a 20-year-old paper-based workflow. The system handles permit applications, review routing, status tracking, fee processing, and automated notifications for applicants and staff. Integrated with the city’s existing financial and GIS systems.

Architected and executed the migration of 15+ years of case management data from a legacy on-premise system to a modern cloud-based practice management platform. The project involved complex data mapping across 40+ entity types, data cleansing, deduplication, and a parallel-run strategy to ensure zero disruption to firm operations during cutover.

Designed and implemented a HIPAA-compliant data integration layer for a multi-location healthcare practice, connecting their scheduling, billing, and electronic health record systems. The integration eliminated manual data re-entry between systems and enabled real-time reporting across all locations for the first time.

Redesigned the system architecture for a national MEP engineering firm’s project management data infrastructure. The engagement included consolidating data from multiple legacy systems into a unified data warehouse, enabling comprehensive project reporting, resource tracking, and cross-office visibility that had previously been impossible.
